Resin infusion- the only ski boat manufacturer in Australia to successfully apply the resin infusion process in its F2 lightweight laminates. Resin infusion delivers a premium glass to resin ratio saving 15% to 20% on typical vacuum bagging and 25% to 30% on hand laid product.
Built to stand the test of time - with Cyclone's build and lay up schedules the customer is guaranteed a superior finish. The construction of Cyclone Boats are continually extensively tested in extreme race conditions pushed by champion skiers like Ben Gulley and Wayne Mawer.
Constructed by a team that Know - our range of vessels are built by a team with a wealth of experience, a group that have been here from the beginning. Not all boats are created equal, it takes a trained eye and people who take pride in their workmanship to acheive our high standard of finish.
Finished by the finest- your interior buckets seats and rear lounges shells are hand laid with multi directional glass. Seat bases are crafted using Ni cell bases (closed cell dense foam) with stainless steel stapling. Finishing touches include Rex Marine quality anodized or polished parts imported from the USA.
